we returned from egypt not a minute too soon we traveled on the 29/09/2006 for our first wedding anniversary.
there is major building work which they conveniently forgot to tell us about the hotel has rats running around which none of the hotel staff seem woried about. there are flies all over the hotel you get no reprieve from them, the food is uncovered with flies all over. the beer is given to you in a plastic pepsi cup it is flat and warm they do not keep them in a fridge they take them from a drawer under the counter.
the rep ayman is extremely rude and he threathened to have us arrested because we complained about the hotel and asked to be moved. we lost weight on an all inclusive holiday the first time this has ever happened this will go some way in describing the unedible cold, fly covered food.
we could not lie on the sunbeds as they were filthy, they are covered in stain, they have never been washed, the shop keepers rip you off and shout at you if you do not buy from them they say you have to buy from them you cannot leave without buying from them.
the hotel is full of germans polish and russians who the reps say pay half what the english pay as the government have a deal with russia i say they are welcome to it. i have never been on hoilday where i wanter to come home before my time but i was praying for this night mare to end. we were not moved and we had to stay in the hotel for two weeks of hell. the do not have enough bathroom towels, beach towels or bed sheets, every single day they said they would be back with towels later, this was allways 4 to 5 hours later.they told you to come back tomorrow when you went for a beach towel even at 9.00 am . needless to say we shall never return to this country. the people are not very nice either they shout at you if you walk down the street intimidating you.
this was a total weste of our holiday and there is no way on this earth that this hotel is a 4 star hotel. they also charge you for food that is supposed to be allinclusive. they burry their burrish and cover it with the sand and rubble at the back of the hotel it is nowonder the have rats and flies all over the hotel.
