Reception was businesslike but friendly. Our room was on the first floor, but all rooms are serviced by a lift. We were never kept waiting more than a few seconds.
Our room was clean and well furnished, with maid service each day. It includede a minibar, and free safe. All the expected facilities were provided.
Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The selection of bread and rolls was particularly good. Rooms were quiet at night, although it seemd to be a popular hotel, and was beside a main thoroughfare.
There was a bus stop outside the hotel with frequent services to Zoo station (a main hub). We could be anywhere in the city centre in a matter of minutes.
The hotel was excellent value - I recommend it unreservedly.
