Akteon Tourist Village: Excellent Holiday Hotel by Patrick Mcneill |

Rooms are in 26 two story blocks scattered over well kept gardens with flowers, shrubs and streams.
We stayed self-catering but had dinner every night in the hotel and the food was excellent.
The pools and the animation staff are very good.
There is a man made beach about ten minutes walk north of the hotel village, and the sand, snackbar, and snorkelling there are great (you have to pay St. George's Hotel for their sunbeds & umbrellas.
The whole hotel is very clean, friendly, well managed, and suitable for all ages.
A frequent bus service (80 cents - about £1) takes you to Paphos town or Coral Bay beaches. We tried this and hired a car (£21 sterling per day). Explored island and we had a great holiday. Well recommended.

Akteon Tourist Village: Fab! by Sharlene Tasker |

I stayed at this accomodation in June 2003 and I really enjoyed it. It was last minute break and as the complex was new there were no reviews so I was a little apprehensive. But they were great, food was great, we stayed SC but you had the option to go all inclusive and it worked out about £17 a day which was well worth it. The pool was gorgeous right on a cliff over looking the sea, you needed the breeze as it was so hot, apartments were spaciuos and clean, paphos centre is about 10/15 mins on the bus, there were no restaurants or shops close to the complex apart from the one on site. They have put alot of effort into this hotel and it shows, I would definitely go back and recommend it.
