A fantastic Hotel, exceptionaly High Standards of service and friendliness.
My Husband and I have stayed at this lovely hotel twice and have recomended it to all our friends and family.
You are warmly welcomed on arrival, shown to the lounge to fill in your details, and recieve a refreshing drink and a frozen towel.
The rooms are very nice. 24hour room service too. Free safety deposit boxes, mini bar, towels changed daily in your room and beach towels provided daily too.
You pick the sunbed you want from a map at the reception desk and it is yours for the duration of your stay. (unless of course you wish to pick another one that is available). No need to rush down to place your towels on the sunbeds to reserve them as it is yours whenever you are ready to use it. (it has your name on it via a little tag tied to the umberella.
Alion Hotel is in a great location, just walk through the hotel garden onto the beautiful beach.
There are bars and resturants near by and it is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Ayia Napa and the Square.
The staff at this hotel are very friendly and very efficient in making your holiday as pleasant as possible. The service is impecable and definitly on par with The Annabelle Hotel in Paphos.
Repeater guests are treated to a free poolside lunch. (it was a seven course meze lunch, and your wine glass was topped up many times). The manager joins you for the lunch, makes a speach and welcomes you and thanks you for returning to his hotel.
I will definatly go back to Ayia Napa, it is not just for young people we are 50+ and enjoyed every minute of our 2 holidays there.
