We should have heeded the advice of someone leaving as we arrived at the hotel - "God be with you!"
On arrival at 9am we were told the room wouldn't be ready until 4pm and to find somewhere else to go. Not a good start!
When we finally got permission from the Gestapo, sorry Staff! to enter our room, we were stunned. A hole in the sink (picture), 2 keys instead of the advertised 3 stars, damp running down walls, not to mention the broken beds and constant stink! Getting worse now!
We were placed on the 1st floor, directly above the night club. Luckily, the club closed at 7 in the morning (every morning!) so things weren't too bad! Basically, it was like being in the same room. On informing the hotel staff of the situation, we were greeted by laughs and then their backs as they turned away! A lot worse now!
We didn't have any change of bedding or towels for the duration of the holiday despite requesting them many times. I can't emphasise the surly and rude attitude of the staff enough!
We also had to pay 100 Euros deposit for breakages. There weren't any, but on departure the staff said we had to clean the room and remove any rubbish (even that which was littering the apartment when we arrived!). After bagging what constituted rubbish (ie not the beds or furniture) we placed it outside the door. They still wouldn't give us our deposit until we took it all to the local rubbish skip!
I have never had an experience like this in my life! Unbelievable!
This hotel will no doubt be reviewed on numerous TV "Worst Holiday" programmes, but I would like to warn anyone now - DON'T GO!!

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The noise from the nightclub is ubearable. It has no air con in the apts so you have to leave the balcony doors and windows open at night. I suppose you have a choice of either closing the doors and shutting out some of the noise and being too hot to sleep or opening the doors for fresh air and being kept awake by the noise which is not just the music, that would have been ok, but also the noise from the kids coming out of the nightclub swearing and arguing that goes on all night until 7am most days. And then you have possibly the worst staff they could have found, when we were there some other british families apts were broken into and all their money, cred cards, mob phones etc stolen but the woman on reception would not let them use the hotel phone to call the police, they had to look around to find someone to give them a lift to the police station.
SO REALLY DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE.

we went as a group of 12 girls looking for a party time.apartments were exactly what we expected.when we stayed here there were alot of families stayin.
the only problem was if you werent there to party and wanted early nights the appartment we were in was directly above the snoopys niteclub.also as our appartment was on the ground floor you couldnt open the balcony door or windows at nite as we caught the security guard a couple of times down round our balcony for no reason.(a very scary man and very creepy.friendly with the bouncers next door who also i would watch out for-prefer to talk with fists rather than their mouths)great wee chippy across street which we lived in!!
all in all we did have a good holiday but only cause we were able to stay on the right side of the staff.others were not so lucky.kicked out at three in the morning and they were done so in the wrong.
