My husband & I have just returned from a week's holiday at this hotel and ended up spending a small fortune on food as the hotel food was so poor! The menus were very badly planned, making it very hard to actually make up a balanced meal; the quality was very poor indeed, burnt fish fingers for an evening meal?!! The standards of hygiene were very low, even dangerous, resulting in my husband getting food poisoning and spending 2 days in bed! As a chef for over 20 years he was appalled at the standards and fears for the safety of the many elderly people who visit the hotel. He has complained to Thomsons vehemently and await their reply! The Staff, however, were lovely!

Have just arrived back from benidorm and there`s only one thing i can say about this hotel it is first class, the choice of food was absolutley brilliant, the rooms were clean, towels changed every day beds twice a week the people employed at this hotel are some of best you will find in benidorm they go out of there way to help you. I travelled with Direct Holidays and they have a rep called
Matt who works at this hotel he sorted a few problems
out for me straight away nothing seems to be a bother to him they should be proud of him, next time i go to Benidorm i will book this hotel again and so should YOU
