Me & 3 of my friends stayed here last summer. Its slightly falsely advertised in the sense that it says things are provided. In which they are but what they fail to tell you is that you have to pay for it once you get there. Air con, Tv, safe etc. These are not included in the package. It wasn't particularly clean, boggies on the walls and in need of a good referb. Didn't have a shower head, was like showering under a hose, not to mention not very often having hot water. It advertises cafe and resaurant. Well the cafe IS the restaurant and is pretty much a burgar bar. It's noisey throughout the night, it's busy at all hous and the reception team are rude....However, if you are visiting Ibiza on a club 18's - 30's holiday, you are hardly ever in your hotel and lets face it, the appartements arn't going to be luxury for a load of young people out drinking all day and all night! Its so close to the center & you get to see all the other bars on your way down to the most amazing surreal clubs in the world. so in that respect...it's not bad at all! I's cheap and grotty but when you get there, the rest of Ibiza makes up for it and you really couldn't care less what the appartements are like!
