Checked in to avenida and the first thing we all noticed was the foul stench coming from the drains, got in our rooms and they were very clean, but the night time came around and oh my god! WHAT A RACKET!!! people coming home at all hours over the night and morning, and at 6.30am the staff of the apts started, which was just as bad as all the drunks, and the air con was highly INADEQUATE, but if your a party animal who doesn't need sleep you'll be fine. GOOD LUCK, YOU'LL NEED IT.......
