My wife & I have recently returned from a long weekend in the beautiful city of Venice.
The Hotel Arcadia was in an ideal location, within easy walking distance of the Bus/Train stations, on the main thoroughfare to The Rialto Bridge then onto St Marks Square.
For a budget hotel the rooms were adequate. Clean & tidy but in need of a makeover.
The breakfast room would struggle to handle all of the guests if the hotel was full although there was a huge adjoining room that served no purpose other than the waitress preraring tea & coffee. The continental breakfast was. however, more than adequate.
We were unfortunately victims of overnight mosquito bites & loss of money from our room whilst at breakfast the 1st morning.
Having said that it didn't spoil our enjoyment of Venice.
