| I have to say going with my two children a daughter coming up 15 and son aged 4 i found there was plenty to do it is a place good for kids but also for adults too,went to argassi 19th of june 03 for a week, as most of the places you can take your children in with you. Plenty of places to eat and plenty of bars, the beach is small however my kids loved the sea it wasnt very deep so it was ideal, Argassi to me seemed central so if you wanted to visit other places you could and plenty of taxis around at reasonable prices, from Argassi we decided to get a taxi into Zante which cost about 5 euros and sometimes 6 so taxis a bit cheeper than the uk. Argassi had plenty of gift shops . I will definatly be visiting again very soon. updated, my daughter and myself returned to zante again 7th aug 03 but had allocation on arrival and got lagana, however we paid the taxi fare of between 11 and 13 euros to get back to argassi a couple times. will be booking soon for july 04 to argassi, great place and safe
I stayed in Argassi 19th june 2003 untill the thursday 26th june 2003, hoping to return round the 7th august 2003 if all goes well, if not it will be next july 2004. Just found out we are defo going back to zante 7th august 2003 not sure where we are staying opted for one of those allocation on arrivals, im going back with just the daughter this time, it was too much for my 4 year old son dont think he could take the pace love his heart. |
