First rate experience! We visited the Artto over Easter with our 2 girls aged 5 and 7. On arrival the welcome was friendly and helpful. There seemed to be a confusion over the type of room we'd booked but we were given an upgrade with no questions asked. The rooms were a fair size with king sized beds and a modern decor. They were spotlessly clean.
I was able to make a free wifi connection from my room and the TV was as flat as the nanbreads next door.
That's right; adjoining the hotel is the Bombay Blue Indian restaurant where breakfast is served. We dined there and received a 15% discount as hotel guests. The decor of the restaurant was ok but the service was really good and the quality of the food was out of this world. They offer a buffet but we went a la carte. I have eaten Indian food all over the world including India and this was as good as it gets. Meal for 2 adults, 2 kids including a couple of drinks each was around £45. TRY THE BOMBAY BLUE SPECIAL!
Breakfast was continental and ok and again the service was efficient and very friendly.
Location for travellers can hardly be bettered opp. Central Railway Station. If you're driving you get 24 hours in the nearby car park for £5.
