the balci is realy filthy, our bedlinen was changed once in the two weeks, even though and other clients had complained too. towels looked is if they had been washed in mud. the pool area was never cleaned in the whole two weeks. rooms were filthy. the kitchen, was filthy, hence we never ate there even though we were all inclusive like most of the other guests. the water shute is not recomended buy british travel agencies, why bother to put this hotel in any brochures, this realy is the pits. no shallow end in the dirty pool but lots of children, very unhealthy place to stay, keep well away from this one
