This is the worst hotel I have EVER had the misfortune to stay in!!!! I hadn't read any reviews before I stayed here. I will never make that mistake again. We were not offered airport transfer even though the hotel does offer this service and therefore made our own way there from the airport. On arrival were not made to feel at all welcome and even though I made the booking I was not addressed by staff everything was addressed to my partner. Staff were extremely rude to me and sexist.
Service was appauling. There is absolutely no organisation even though there are lots of staff. In the restaurant it took us up to 20minutes every night to get a menu, a further 10-15minutes before anyone took our order and the order then took forever to arrive. When we ordered main courses and side orders not once did everything arrive at the same time. The rice would arrive once we had finished the curry. Often the order would be wrong or the food cold. If your wondering why we ate here more than once its because there is nowhere else to eat. This place is in the midde of nowhere.
The room was disgusting. There were sticky marks on the surfaces, the floor was not swept, the head board had some brown marks on it, which I can only hope was chocolate and the shower head was covered in mildew. The toilet was worst of all. A sticker was on top saying disinfected but when we lifted the lid there was faeces all around the rim.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing here apart from the hotel. In fact thats not fair there is a building site and a shanty town but no shops and no other restaurants.
