| Barcelona Review: Weekend in Barcelona | | Written by Monk-San on 13 Jan 2005 about a trip in May 2002.
| Lovely place, only slightly marred by some tea-leaf making off with my camcorder.
Had some excellent meals, and found the architecture and art (Goudi, Miro, Dali, Picasso etc) wonderful. Nice beach too.
Top bits include strolling up La Rambla, relaxing in a cafe in a shady square, exploring the parks (apart from the theft incident) and the wonderful Sagrada Familia. |
