the baron resort advertised as a five star resort, and i have never been in such a clean and friendly resort. without hesitation i would upgrade the resort to five star plus. the beach is the cleanest i have seen, free sun beds and beach towels, the reef is up to the shore and as in most of the resorts on the red sea there are parrot fish, angel fish, pipe fish etc all within a few feet of water. the food was excellant, but be warned the fish resturant tend to be a tad expensive and some how the translation of what you ordered gets a little confusing. for instance we did not order lobster, but we got it, we actually ordered red mullet???? but the food was fantastic. you have all water amienities and we stayed there during a period when it was 88% full and yet niether complex pool etc were ever full????in all the best place i have spent time in. scuba dive withA HOST OF COMPANIES, the Baron has its own dive company or you will have to travel into naama bay. with any scuba business you can book up and either reef dive or boat dive. all in all a fantastic time and if only for the relaxation i would recomend it.
the only bad point are the amount of italians, seems to be there favorite holiday destination (the red sea that is)
NOW BEEN 5 TIMES AND YOU CANNOT BEAT THAT FOR PROOF

I am staying at the baron resort in march, and would like to find out the name and contact address for the dive center at the resort, or the nearest dive centre.
