One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it offers free parking - it as about 2 miles from the centre of Amsterdam. Travel to Central Station takes about 20-25 mins - including a 5-10 min walk to the Metro.
Generally we were happy with the hotel - room was fine, decor good and staff generally friendly and helpful. Pleasant lounge area.
Our only gripe was that for 2 nights, restaurant was occupied by 2 or 3 groups and we could therefore only eat at 6pm or after 9.30pm. Because the surrounding area is commercial, there is nowhere else to eat without heading back into Amsterdam, which we had to do.
