We have just come back from our week long stay. Our first room had the lift breaks hydrolics in a false wall which reduced our room size, and left no room for a sofa. It also kept us awake all through the night as every time the lift stopped it clanked to a halt directly behind our headboard.
We left were able to change rooms after our shower stopped working, but this took two days. Previous to that the whole hotel was without any water at all for a morning.
The food was terrible, and cold. Still there was a microwave there to reheat it I suppose. The all inclusive drinks were also very poor. Very short measures and the lager was so gassy that you could not stomach it after 2 days. The service in the local restaurants was also very poor, and they obviously did not want us there.
All in all a waste of money, and should not be visited.

We stayed in the Belsana in July 2002 and found it very
clean and the staff most pleasant,especially at reception.
Food was of a high quality with the buffet style breakfast
and evening meal,a hit with most guests.
The main pool area is a natural sun-trap, but make sure
you get a parasol if you have young children as it gets
very hot from 11am-3pm.
Entertainment on a night is high quality,starts with kids
show,certificate-awards,bingo,quiz & then a proper show
for all the family.
Hotel has its own entertainment reps who keep everyone
including the kids active.
Pistol-shooting,rifle-shooting,french-bowls,water-polo &
other games avilable daily.
