We stayed at the benalmadena Beach Apartments from 26th March 2005 for a week.
We are a family of 5 aged at the time 14, 11 and 10 months. we found the apartment to be espically clean and tidy. We didn't get a cot for 3 nights which was a bit of a bummer, since we ordered it. It was basic but fine.
Since we wanted to eat out a lot, we only wanted a breakfast, and to get bottles for the baby. It was ideal, BUT my only complaint was the lack of entertainment - something for the older children would be great.

26/07/02-08/08/02 Tour Operator Flyaway (Dublin)
Situated approx halfway between 24 hour Square (the centre of Benalmadena Costa) and the end of the prom.
Typical 1 bed apartment, nothing special but clean and comfortable. Apartments overlooking the pool are best since those facing the sea also overlook a very busy road and the traffic noise starts early and finishes late.
There are 4 blocks each 11 storeys each of which is served by 3 small lifts so above the 7th floor is a pain
(reception+pool are on 3rd floor)
The pool area is great with large gardens. The pool itself
is really 7 seperate pools connected by water slides and ideal forolder children
