We stayed for Christmas & New Year 2001/2002
The Benelux is comfortable, clean & very friendly... the bar staff are lovely, reception is very helpful. It is more for the older (50's plus) holiday maker. Although this view could be clouded by the fact that Benidorm is very popular for the retired during the winter months.
