Bitacora: Excellent at Bitacora by Holidayguy |
| Posted 21 August 2005 about a visit in July 2005 | Overall rating: 9.8 |
Just back last week, and it was excellent in every way. Our room was on the first floor, with a limited pool view (not a superior room, just a request). The cleaners were very diligent, changing towels every day, etc. The variety of food in the evenings was huge and I've put on a stone over two weeks. The staff all understand English and by and large are all friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the entertainment, which even by normal (low) standards was pathetic, but the hotel is very well located and nightlife of any type was within easy walking distance.

Bitacora: First class hotel by Jimmy Laird |

This was our second visit to the Bitacora. After our first visit we thought things could not be any better but if anything they were. There is absolutely nothing we can complain about. It is situated in an area not too far from all the bustle of the resort, nice and quiet at night but only about 10 minutes walk from all the shops and bars.
The rooms are spotless and generously sized. The food is excellent and comparable to that of the cruise liner we had been on the previous week. The staff friendly and good humoured.
If and when we decide to return to Tenerife the Bitacora will certainly be our choice of Hotel.

Bitacora: Great Holiday by Jet Setter |

We have stayed at the Bitacora on two seperate occasions travelling with JMC. The hotel is very clean and is located in an excellent position for the beach and shopping. The hotel has a full entertainment programme to suit all ages and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The resturant is very well run and the food is 1st class. We will certainly be going back in the near future and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Bitacora: Dress code for dining |
| 18 Apr 2006 by Joe Mcbride 1 |
It states in some revirews that you need to wear a jacket, shirt and tie for the restuarant in the evening? Is this correct? Are long trousers acceptable with an open neck shirt or a polo shirt? >> Answer this question | |
