| I first went to Bitez in 1996 when it was just a beach with a few restaurants scattered along the sand and a few bars & small hotels (fantastic). I went back for a days visit 2 years ago and could not believe the difference. Now a very busy area with nice walkways and a lot more hotels and restaurants, the only bad thing was the beach was so busy with lots of sunbeds but it hasnt put me off as Im off back to Bitez in June 2004 and can't wait. I have booked the Toloman Hotel and hope that it will be nice. Ill write a review when I get back.
I go to Turkey every year with my husband and so far we have visited Bodrum, Bitez, Gumbet, Yalikavak, Torba, Kusadasi and Alanya. Bitez is still our favourite and we have just got back from the Toloman Hotel (June 04) where we meet Doris who has also put reviews on this website and we are going back again on 13th Sep 2004 to the Manuela Hotel - see you there Doris. Just got back from Manuela Hotel - never again - what a dump this hotel is. |
