This Hotel needs a complete revamp. It certainly does not adhere to the brochere discription.
Accommodation... rooms although cleaned each day are damp the wallls and ceilings are in some cases mould covered, the bed we slepton was paint spattered matress covered over with the sheet,
In some cases people were refusing to stay in their allocated room and being changed to another some as much as four times in the first half hour of arrival.
Air conditioning is not as up to date as it could be the noise of the fans going around are mind blowing in the night. The one we had was so frosted up that it emitted snow out from it one day haha.
There are no hair dressers in the hotel just a few shops whith goods so expensive it was laughable. e.g (£70 for a small bikini which you can buy in Engalnd for £30)
Resturant the food in the was so awful I and a lot of other guests never ate hardly a thing for the fortnight.
The best meal if the day was breakfast. it offered a really good choice of fare.
Speaking to people who had retuned from two previous years the dress code had receded, and thier standards had lowered immensely.
Entertainment. Although I must state the entertainment team were so hard working and really good with the guests finished at 11p.m and then there were nothing except to sit in the bar until 12 midnight and then either go to your room or sit in the beach bar which was open until 7a.m.
I must say though in the favour of the hotel all the staff members were helful and friendly and would go to any lenthghs to help you.
The cleaning ladies were very thourough and your room was excelently cleaned every day and clean towels were given p.d and bed linen twice a week.
The beach towel service was a godsend and changed as often as you wanted.
Television is offered free in your hotel room and you can get amost any station. including Bob the Builder in Spanish. Ha Ha
I hope this is helpful to other considering the hotel as a place to stay for their holiday,
On the plus side the hotels location and its most immediate beach availability is excellent and the sun and golden sands, and beach fascilities, free water sports and sun loungers are good. The beach traders are good fun to deal with if you don't take them to seriously.

Enjoyed staying here - clean, food not too bad, drinks heaven! Loads of activities if you want to join in. Staff were really friendly. Only problem was the electricity - dont bring a hairdryer cos there isnt enough power to get it going. Plus is cut out half way through the day. Air conditioning only worked for about 6 hours a day - not so good at night - the back up generators were solar powered. Still would recommend it, although wouldnt say the flight was worth it.
