My family of 2 adults and 2 children stayed at the Blue Bay Appts in Sep 2000 for 7 days on an all inclusive basis. The food was very good and the staff very kind to the children. However whilst the hotel rooms seemed to be fairly ok the appts were far from ideal; we complained to the rep several times about the standard of accomodation- cooker right next to a childs bed, many broken tiles in bathroom, broken draws, broken fittings, broken doors etc and nothing was done. Outside there was a sewer vent in the childrens park along with broken tiles etc. The aircraft noise was unbearable on departure days with flights right over the hotel every 15 - 20 mins.
We complained and sent photographic evidence to JMC who refunded £250 (Holiday cost aprox £1000)
We would not return to this accomodation.
