i have stayed at the blue star on a number of times over the past few years.the most recent in 04.
we found the staff very helpful, friendly, and always willing to help. the apartments are, very clean and tidy. the rooms were cleaned every day bed linen changed on a regular basis. the rooms and aircon were in need of some basic upgrade. food could be purchased at the,poolside and was excellent value for money. they did a full menu so you could also eat there in the evening.the local cuisine was also very good.
the blue star is located in the old village, ten minutes walk to center dolmus and taxis available, outside blue star.there are 16 rooms so this makes it small and friendly.
we have made many friends over the years.last year we went back to the blue star to visit some old friends. the blue star has new owners,who are english. we were shown around the apartments by the manager, who also pointed out the many improvements that have been made. there is satelite tv and theres a pool table,and plenty sunbeds available.on past visits to the blue star,i would have no worries in,recommending the blue star as we are looking forward visiting next year. so we will see you next year.
