We had terrible problems at this hotel. Our rooms were not available despite booking well in advance. They had contact details for us but failed to give us any notice of a problem. The staff made no genuine apologies and made us wait an hour and a half for a management representative. We were transferred miles away from the venue we were attending and they failed to organise adequate transfers, despite promising this. We were late for our awards night and did not get back until 4.15am (the event finished at 2am). We were then woken at 8am by Brunel hotel staff wanting payment cleared. Staff were completely incompetent, had communication problems and were very unhelpful.
