Bungalows el Palmeral: Oh what a week... by Kirsty Martin |

Oh my god! I have just got back from spending a week at El Palmeral - went with my best mate. We didnt have great expectations of the place, just wanted cheap holiday, somewhere to crash after partying the nite away - well we were made up!
El Palmeral is so nice, I couldnt believe my eyes when we got there and saw the place, it was gorgeous. After driving through Playa de Ingles and seeing some of the places there that we nearly booked we were relieved. The bungalow was perfect for the two of us - get number 65 - two doors from pool, bar and shop, but not noisy whatsoever. I cant find the word to describe how nice the place was, it was so clean, and very well maintained.
All the staff were lovely - Ali and Sergio at the bar - Juan Carlos (who we only met once as he went on hols) was to die for. The El Plameral is definatley worth a visit, its cheap yet fantastic, and its situated less than two mins walk from Faro 2 shopping centre with great restaurants - ie PIZ PAZ, and bars - BANANA - its well worth a visit! So much so we've been back two weeks and are in the process of booking again for November - definately recommended.

Bungalows el Palmeral: An overall nice place to stay by Rachel Maddox |

I arrived in the middle of the night and wasn't sure what it was like at first. When we had a look around the next day, we were very pleased. The complex was clean and tidy and everybody seemed friendly. I thought the apartment was a good size for 2 people. It's in an ideal location less than five minutes from the Faro 2 shopping centre. The on-site shop had all the essentials needed. A really nice holiday accommodation.
