We stayed at the burak for a week and found all of the staff to be very helpful, cannot comment on the breakfast as we never really made it up in time - what sort of time is 7-10 when you are out drinking until 4??
Mustafa is a great laugh and will always give you a few funny stories about all the resort, the staff generally are quite nice and always willing to go that extra step to help you out.
Rooms are very clean and the maids arange your sheets in a different way everyday which we thought was really sweet!!
Overall cannot reccomend this place enough, really close to all the action only a two minute wal to dolphin square.

hi we stayed in the burak in may '04 for a week ,went with a group of mates for my birthday.It is a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location just 2 mins walk to the beach & 5 mins to dolphin square where there are loads of bars & restaurants. I would definitely go back to burak it was really clean & the staff were really helpful & friendly they were all great apart from one guy behind the bar called ozzy!!!! watch it girlies this guy is an absolute nightmare he follows you everywhere, he is a real sleazebag!you'vebeen warned!. The english lady behind the bar susan is really nice & helps you however she can.All in all a fantastic hotel will definitely go back.

Iv stayed in this hotel for the five times in the past two years and I think it is excellent.
Very clean and the staff are wonderful.
Its close enuf to Dolphin Square so you don't hve to go on a trek for a night out but its far enuf away so that it isnt noisy at night.
