Trip was for a couple on holiday. Janette Matthews would definitely visit again.
| Cala Vadella shopping |   2.0 | | Shopping is very limited. There is only one shop, for grocery items run by a very friendly German lady..but no tobacco products, you have to walk out of the village about 1 km to reach small supermarket |
Cala Vadella restaurants | | | There are about 6 restaurants/cafes in all. Which should cater for all tastes. If staying for more than a week, a hire car may be an advantage. All the restaurants overlook the fantastic bay. |
Cala Vadella attractions | | | The beach is undoubtedly the main attraction. A beautiful cove which is clean and safe for bathing. The sunsets are terrific |
Cala Vadella day trips | | | There is a reliable bus service daily to Ibiza town, for a complete contrast, and all your shopping needs |
Getting to Cala Vadella | | | about 25km from Ibiza airport, easily reached by taxi |
Getting around Cala Vadella | | Stay in resort for a complete chill, or hire a car (available in resort) to get you around |
When to visit Cala Vadella | | Really only up and running between May and end of September. We went in early May, and a couple of restaurants were not open |
