| i was fed up with the crap weather here and went to travel agents and booked a flight for the next day in march 01 to fuerteventura ,hired a car as soon as i landed at 4,30pm for £90 ,had a drive around the island and ended up here where after 5 trys i found an apartment for the weekfor £230 , there wasnt much going on in the resort so i would drive to another town or resort to have breakfast and spend some time looking around went some where new each day ,the weather was really hot and there is some nice beaches ,the ones down torwards the south are nudist and mainly germans ,over all had a good time and it was a cheap holiday and would like to go back maybe with some one this time
nice peacful place , there was hardly anyone out there when i went , i was fed up here so just booked a flight out there for a week ,hired a car as soon as i landed and found an apartment within 2 hours , there wasnt much open there but the north of the island is a short drive away with everything open , the roads are good and empty at that time of year,down the south there is a really long beach which was more a nudist beach but was never over crowded mainly germans around the south of the island, over all a very nice island oh and watch out for pickpockets morrocans |
