the room was spacious and clean and had a good bathroom. All fairly modern. we had a triple room for 2 adults a toddler and a baby and there was plenty of space. The recption staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple continental buffet but good. very good location near to the ferry port andin the walled city. Restaurants were just outside with a selection of shops. Good value for money considering the location and standard of accommodation. The only down side was there is no parking in the summer season but I think that is the same for all hotels in the walled city. Over all very happy with the hotel and with DIY travel.

Cartier Reservations

Cartier: Hotel Cartier St. Malo ~ BRILLIANT by Catherine Cooper

We spent seven nights at the Hotel Cartier which has an great location inside the city walls.

The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean.
Lovely decor.
Help yourself continental breakfast.

The receptionist, a young man, was wonderful, helpful and so cheerful.

I have mobility problems and I found the Hotel Cartier easy to navigate.
The lift went to each floor and there was plenty of room to negotiate my way around the hotel.

A big THANK YOU to everyone at the Hotel Cartier for making our stay in St Malo so wonderful.
We would DEFINATELY use this hotel again.
