 Cerf Island Resort: Very disappointing by P Patel |

The villas are well designed, private and romantic. The hotel uses Molten Brown products but the luxuary stops there. The rooms are full of bugs and creepy crawlies. The manager is rude and arrogant. He has no respect for his staff, this results in a poor atmosphere, low staff morale and high staff turnover.
The food is not good for vegetarians and my husband had food posioning on the last night from eating the grilled fish.
We were not the only couple to have a poor opinion of this resort. Two other British couples had similar problems.
I was extremely disappointed in this resort, even the so called mini-spa is pathetic! The website paints such a nice picture, in reality there are far better places to stay in the Seychelles at half the cost. Try coco de mer instead. It is friendly and has good atmosphere, lovely staff and great food.
Take my advice, avoid this resort if you can!!! If you do stay at the Cerf then make sure you spend time checking your final bill. We had over £100 worth of extras added on, several of the other guests had the same problem too.
