Great location, quick acess to west end! Rooms were alright, except for the pull out beds took up too much room and slid across the floor if you stood on it. Staff were very friendly but they didn't hire out cd players, because ours broke.
Food was tasty but don't give the wee woman at the small pool bar a €50 note at 8'clock in the morning because she won't have change & she will be very cheeky when telling you this. Get a lilo from the supermarket, you'll have a great laugh trying to get on them! When coming home at night, make sure someone is with you cos it's really hard to find your room when you're drunk, this place is a maze! Fabulous time, would go back in a second!

Stayed here with 5 other mates, I holiday in San Antonio every year but I will not be returning to Club Paraiso.
The security was to say the least ridiculous it was more like a prision camp than a hotel, for example I called down to one of my mates appartments with my boyfriend as we were meeting up to go out to a club when we were ordered to show our passports to a very ignorant security guard, I was annoyed at this as I showed him so called "security pass" which you are given when you check in to the hotel.
On arrival we noticed that two of the wall sockets were not working in the appartment.We reported this straight away at reception,on the 13th day of our holiday someone turned up to ask if we had a problem with our wall sockets.
Also on arrival we requested a fan we were told to come back in the morning as they would not have any till then,this scenario went on for almost a week and in the end went out and purchased one ourselves.
The music was good that was played at the pool, but nobody wants music blasting at nine in the morning when you have just returned from night clubbing.
I am returning to Ibiza this year and I am happy to say I will NOT be returning to Club Paraiso and i would not recomend it to anyone.

Hello!
Back again!! Just got back from Ibiza, we went for a week 25 June - 2nd July. Had a fantastic time, hotel as usual was excellent, room on arrival was extremely clean and to our delight the room we had requested from our holiday last year. The hotel staff again, we're very friendly and helpful. The hotel now has Air Conditioning which was a god send 5 euros per day which is excellent value.
Hotel entertainment was fab, although they did like the Kevin & Perry Soundtrack alot it was played every night, but hey who cares you're on holiday!
The maids came frequently so we always had nice fresh towels to use.
Excellent location that's why we picked this hotel again, along with the atmosphere, it really made our holiday! 5 mins from the West End and 5 Mins from the Sunset Strip.
I would only ever stay in this hotel in San Antonio it is definately the best there! Anyone going, enjoy your stay! x

Stayed here July 2000, 1st holiday away without parents and had a great time. Apartments lovely, very lively, always jumping and no-one moaning about load music etc.
Like all other reports, I would agree that the security was great. With us just being a couple of girls away for first time, it was great to feel safe.
Reps all great, ours was called 'Shaggy', something to do with his 'hair' apparently!!!! All excursions were brilliant and well worth the money so would def go on holiday with Freestyle again.
Not been back yet but when I do I will definitely stay at these appartments again.

I stayed here in June 2001 and it was brilliant! the reps were really helpful the rooms were lovely! the pools were even better and the evening entertainment was fab!!!
I would definatley recommend staying here! security is good as you have to show a pass to get in and out of the hotel!! which i thought was a good idea and there is a shop with everything you need on site!!
Its only a couple of mins walk from the West End and about 6 mins from the beach!! ...unless you get lost as all the roads look the same!! hehe!
