Copenhagen shopping

8.0
copenhagen is an expensive city but you can buy all you want. Strøget is a very long shopping street with all kinds of shops. among them several danish boutiques like Royal Copenhagen(danish porceleen), Illums Bolighus(danish design - everything for your home). the one end of Strøget is the most expensive end with stores like Gucci, Louis Vuitton and so on.

Copenhagen restaurants

9.0
There are so many restaurants and cafées in Copenhagen. on Strøget (in the expensive end) there is a place where you can buy the famous danish Smørrebrød. My favorite is a sushi restaurant in Nørregade near by Nørreport train station... It's probably the cheapest sushi in town and the best.

If you walk along Strøget you find many good places to eat.

Copenhagen attractions

10.0
The main attraction in copenhagen is Tivoli. It's something you have to experience. During december there is a christmas marked and it's worth a visit ,with all the lights and so. Beautiful, and the rolercosters are open too.

Nyhavn is a very cosy place with restaurants and bares. In the summer it's filled with people drinking beers and having a good time. the ambiance is very nice.

Then there is always the little mermaide, but i think she's a bit overrated. But go and see it and enjoy the pleasent areas around it. You can also take a trip with the canal tours fron Nyhavn, Then you also see the little mermaide.

Copenhagen day trips

If you rent a car you can go to Bakken wich is an amusement park in Klampenborg(north of copenhagen). Helsingør is also a beautiful city where you can visit the castle of Kronborg (from Hamlet). If you don't rent a car it's easy to go by train to all of Denmark.

When to visit Copenhagen

May, june, july, august and september is the best months to go to Denmark if you like sun... july and august can be very hot.
December is nice for a visit too. mabye theres snow... the city is full of christmas light. BEAUTIFUL!

3.5Wonderful, wonderful Copenhagen....
Copenhagen really is a wonderful place, but it's also a bit cha-ching, so have your wallet fully primed before you go. Its a nice place to walk around - Stroget is aparently the longest...
