Great value hotel. Great food but drinks alcohol expensive a small beer £4 but thats because of tax. Massive rooms and great surroundings. Rooms are spotless. Taxis are so cheap its a joke. Go to China Town at night to eat. Best food we have had anywhere around the world and expect to pay around £7 for 2 people including beer. Its fantastic.

Copthorne Kings: OK hotel for short trip by Neil Treliving

Stayed for 3 nights in one of the executive rooms which gives you access to free breakfast/drinks in club lounge.

Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

Room had very good view of the city and a small balcony. Good value for money. Agree with other review bed is quite harsh if your used to soft bed and sheets.

Bar has live band every night.

Free shuttle to Orchard RD about every hour but stops quite a lot.

Taxi's are cheap, so getting around is cheap and easy.

I stopped at this hotel this weekend on a stopover for 1 night from Australia. The room was really small we had 2 large cases and 2 small hand luggage cases and just managed to get these in the room. The bed was rock hard and the bath was the smallest.

There looked to be better rooms near the pool which had balconies but not sure if they are standard rooms.

As a 1 night stay it would be ok but stayed in better. The location was ok but wasn't near the quay it was about a 20min walk and only found it as we have been before to singapore
