Me and my partner stayed in this hotel after reading great reviews on various websites. We booked a club room which was in an exclusive area in the hotel. The rooms were immaculate with air conditioning (essential, it was over 100 degrees!!) and extremely spacious. The views from the balcony were magnificent over the turquoise ocean. Absolutely stunning. My favourite points were the mini bar which was stocked daily so there were always cold drinks to hand, the 24 hour room service for late night burgers mmmm, and the bar staff were just so friendly. The many restaurants and bars across the hotel were all excellent. Although reservations were required for the themed restaurants we never struggled to book a time. I was actually very happy to just eat in the buffet restaurant because the food was all excellent. Being in a club room we had access to the hotels adult only pool which was a dream come true because the other pools were hectic and full of kids aaagh!
We mainly stayed at the hotel in the evenings and had a drink in their bars which were nice, karaoke every Saturday which was very lively (I love to sing haha!!) One night we ventured out into Cancun and spent a fortune, it aint a cheap night out!!!
Excursions not to be missed are:
Dolphin Discovery where you visit dolphins in a natural environment and have the opportunity to swim with them. It's just wonderful seeing them in a place like that, you can sense they are happy.
Captain Hook Pirate Dinner Cruise with a hot meal, drinks flowing and a pirate show where two competing pirate ships sail and then go to battle. Loads of fun, everyone gets drunk and merry and everyone ends up dancing the night away. Fantastic!!

We stayed at the Crown Paradise in September this year. Best holiday we have ever had yet and it will take some beating. Food was lovely even though the buffet restaurant had been shut for refurbishment and only opened on our last few days. But the Fishermans restaurant was our fav as well as Waynes Boots. We loved all the pools especially the adults only bar with the swim up bar! All the staff and waiters were friendly and couldnt do enough for you.
Be careful on arrival at the airport as the porters come and collect your luggage and ask for a tip but if you are anything like us you wont have any money changed which caused a bit of a problem.
But i would definately recommend swimming with Dolphins that was the highlight of our holiday and the speed boat tour both were definately worth the money. We visited the sister hotel also whilst we were there and that was just a good.
Overall we had a brill holiday and would definately go back as soon as possible. Would definately recommend booking here I cannot say how good it was.

This hotel is the best My family and I have ever stayed in from start to finnish this holiday was the best from staff to local people every body was just fantastic if you go say hi to Joel for me ..

just returned from Crown Paradise 17/9/02 - 2/10/02.
Good Food, Great Staff, pity about accomodation in block 1:- damp, smelly, leaking AC, Broken tiles on floor, cracked WH basin.... request a move to block 2 !!!. Most people in block 1 unhappy.
5 star hotels do not serve drinks in the main lounge in plastic disposable cups.. Crown Paradise does.
Closed Main pool and poolside snack bars for routine maintenance??? during our stay. Drilling took place from just after 8:00 till 18:00 every day bar Sunday not very relaxing.
