Just got back on Monday after staying in the Didim Beach for a week and had a brilliant time. It has just had a £1 million renovation and is lovely hotel.
We have stayed in Altinkum on several occasions and this is the best hotel we have stayed in.
Food and drinks are brilliant and there is loads of choice for everyone. Entertainment is brilliant, especially for the kids. Staff and very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Beach is lovely and quiet.
Resort is about a 10 min walk away, but dolmus's pass about every 10 minutes which stop right outside hotel. Taxi's were about £3 into the centre.
Everything was really good and would recommend anyone to stay there.

We stayed at The Didim Beach Hotel while we went shopping for furniture for an appartment we were buying. The hotel was friendly enough although the food was a bit samey. After chatting at bar on our second night we retired to bed. Awoke the next morning to find all of my English money had been stolen from my wallet which was on the bedside table while we were asleep. We were on the 7th floor but apparently they came in through the window! The management were quite helpful until we insisted on calling the police. We spent 2 days at the police station and the staff were told not to talk to us! Eventually we got the required crime report for the insurance and we were then told by a friend that we were the 5th couple to have their room burgled while on similar shopping trips that month. I hope it falls into the sea!
