While the managers were very helpful and most obliging, and the apartment quite spacious, I have to say that I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 25, or people needing a quiet stay. Dragonara is in the heart of the club district of St Julians, so the thump of disco music will interfere with your sleep, as will the sound of the party animals returning to their rooms at all hours. However you get what you pay for, and as this is probably the cheapest accommodation you will get in Malta, it is good value for money if you are a young person looking to hit the clubs or are a very heavy sleeper.
