with regards to your email,on entering estrela do vau apartaments we found reception area spotless,service was very prompt on arrival.the room we booked was very spacious and clean.the air con in every room was a big plus.the facilities in the hotel were spot on,my children loved the swimming area,only downturn was maintenance being carried out on the pool area.the kids club was very good,kids were very happy to go in.the bar staff were very helpful and kind,the food was lovely and snack bar was open late which was great,taxi service from appt was great.the keogh family.
