My husband , 11year old daughter and myself stayed here in a 1 bedroom apartment , we were checked in quickly and apt was clean and perfectly adaquate for us but may have been small for 4 adults. The staff were friendly and efficient there were entertainment on in the evenings but it was over by the time we came in so i cant comment . I f you like a proper mug of tea or coffee in the morning take a mug with you as they only have small cups. There was heaters at the apts but you had to look for them. We were on the 7th floor but you could still here the panpipers that were on the steps on market days (wed and sun) and the noise from the building work was awful every morning from 8am but that should be finished soon, I enjoyed it here but i had been prepared about the noise as my daughter lives on the same street but for anyone craving peace and quiet might not be the best place at the moment but thats no fault of the apts . sheets changed once during the week and towels changed every other day. no complaints about apts .

The market was a little noisy, but staying on the 13th floor it wasnt as bad as you would think.Considering its only on twice a week its not a problem. Majority of the staff were cheerful and helpful, although there was an exception. Pool was clean and rooms were exactly what you would expect from SC accomm. Would stay there again.

We stayed in the Eva mar on our very first visit to Benidorm in 1988. We thought the apartments were great until the day the market was on and then what a nightmare. The noise starts at about 7.30 am, we had only been in an hour and a half.
The noise continued until about 1.30pm.
The market is on twice a week,
I would never stay there again, fat too noisy.
