chooseing the excelsior for our 2 night stay, was right for us. the hotel overlooked the small harbour in hong kong, kowloon lay over the river. the view at night was lovely.we had booked a deluxe harbour view room, worth the extra money.the rooms were big, cleaned every day, also clean linen,friut to eat,as well as good selictions of teas@ coffees.the hotel had good facilities,of restaurants,coffee shop, pub, some times with entertainment.fitnesscentre. plusfree shuttlebus, which is a must for airport transfers,limousines for luxury travel. behind the hotel is the hub of causewaybay life, a must for shopping, eating, exploreing, on foot or by bus@taxi. all so reasonable, we would both love to go back, to the excelsior and hong kong, still so much to see and do.
