The brochure said new for 2009, well, the food was the same day after day, there were always flies on the food, some of the staff need to take a customer awareness course, they either ignored you, or were rude, plus they looked so miserable, while our room was clean and modern, every morning our floor was covered in ants. I think they need to go back and try again, then perhaps it could be new for 2010.

I have just booked to stay at this hotel for september this year. I have booked 2 rooms i was just wondering which blocks are the best? i have been told to request blocks 8, 9, 10.
