Fiesta Hotel Tanit: fantastic overall holiday by Margaret Moore |
| Posted 15 September 2008 about a visit in August 2008 | Overall rating: 9.3 |
visited as a family of 6 aged 10,13,14,16 and adults - pleasantly surprised at standards especially in middle of high season - enviable interconnecting rooms - over pool not necessarily best as balconys too hot to use in aug - we were overlooking main entrance with views if mountains behind, fab air con, everywhere was consistantly clean, restaurant had amazing choice and impressive standards - no problem with seating , plenty to do and plenty of room - if you are only happy sitting on a sunbed in the same location for the duration of your hol then you are the cause of your own problem - majority of people we saw were respectable and respectful but there were some who put out towels from about midnight - which do end up in the pool. there was easy access to the beach, would reccomend the aquarium, the walk to cafe mambo, and especially the road-train from san ant bus station which takes you into the countryside and to a beautiful vineyard. fiesta guests can eat at any fiesta hotel by booking with reception in advance and the hotel will provide packed lunches to take out - pity reps dont tell you! hotel staff couldnt be faulted especially the entertainment people - some evening entertainment may not be to eveyones taste but the professional shows were excellent.

Fiesta Hotel Tanit: THOMSON REP SPEAKS OUT by Lucinda Martin |

The hotel TANIT has just completed a refurbishment so any negative comments on the hotel please ignore.
I worked in this hotel for the summer season in 2003 and having been in Ibiza for the past few years, the transformation that the hotel has seen is remarkable. All inclusive with fantastic entertainment, reception who are always willing to help and the hotel so clean you wonder if you will somehow make it to the bin. Location is perfect just outside San An, but a brisk walk into the craziness of the west end where you can excape if you want time out from the hotel. A few people can be grumpy at times but I guess that's what makes a holiday.
You are in for a bonus as well if your balcony faces the sea as you will have a picture postcard view of the sunset very night - this will be the most unforgettable part of your holiday - enjoy every moment and live the dream...Ibiza.

Fiesta Hotel Tanit: Fiesta Hotel Tanit Review by Ali Roper |
| Posted 03 December 2002 | Overall rating: 6.0 |
I will never go back to this hotel ever!
The only good thing about this hotel was the cleanliness which was good.
However, the food was terrible. Chips and donuts for the kids breakfast!?! Misserable staff who don't know how to smile.
Sorry - never again!

Fiesta Hotel Tanit: May 2002 by Liz Harvey 12 |

We returnrd yesterday from the Hotel Tanit. Apart from the rain we had a good time. The hotel itself is one of the better we saw but it is very old fashioned. I doubt it has been decorated since it was built except from a few coats of paint. The lobby and 'green room' has lots of pretty knackered furniture and accessories including dry fountains and dodgy pictures. evey thing about it was well used and well worn, BUT it was exceptionally clean and well kept. The staff worked hard and the plce was immaculate. The bed rooms were againd old and tatty but clean, bedding and towels were cleaned regularly.
The pool area had plenty of beds a nd chairs but it spentlots of the day in the shade from the hotel. We tended to go to the pool at the hotel adjoining. It was not to busy but when it is full it will be very busy. expect to que fro food if you go at peak times. Whilst on the subject the food was supurb and plentiful. The food temperature was regularly checked(reassuringly) and beautifully presented.
