Have visited twice. not luxurious but extremely clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff and in a fantastic position, near the pine walk and restaurants and just a short walk to the main shops etc.
Only drawback we found is that if you are in a block by the road it is very noisy as dustcarts collect rubbish during the night and also empty bottle banks which are very very noisy.
I would still go back there again but would ask for an apartment away from the road.
Puerto Pollensa is ideal for families and older couples. Although there ae one or two late night bars now but thankfully no lager louts
