| Golden Sands Review: | | Written by Alison Weerawardena on 06 Jul 2004 about a trip in May 2004.
| This resort has something for everyone. There are restaurants, a few discos, bars, bowling, plenty of (mostly tourist) shops and a lovely long wide beach. You can stroll along the front or catch the mini train which only costs 1 Lev (about 35p) each way. There are play areas for children.
You have to pay for the sunbed, mattress & parasol on the beach and at some hotel pools on the beach. These can cost 21 Lev (£8) for two people a day.
Apart from that the weather was very good for most of our week, and still got a good tan. |
