Visted in May 2005 and found the apartments to be of a high standard. Building is going opposite the complex and I would think by now at the side of the complex.
The location is not the best you could walk in to Tenrife in 15 minutes but I would not advise walking back at night.
Even in may it was idfficult to get a sunbed unless you are on of these who want to put your towel on a bed at 7 a.m and a lot are these days.
The complex accepts no cash everything is charged to your room but I kept all receipts and it was totally correct so no worries on that score in my view.
Would suit families or young couples looking for a quiet spot. Taxis are plentiful, all based at end of road and depending on where you alighted price was about 5 euro.
Entertainment is very low key to the point of being just a singer each night and virtually no one watching. At end of road ia a larg complex Compostela Golf Resort and entertianment on every night which provided you like kids running around screaming, fine.
The Green golf does have a restaurant but a bit pricey, you can get a breakfeast at pool bar each morning and they do meals up to early evening.
It is possible to pay for meals at Compostelia even though you may not be staying there, which is what I did as prices and the buffet was very good.
Of course if you walk or catch taxi into resort there are places to eat galore at very cheap prices.

Have just returned from 2 weeks in a 2 bedroomed apartment, family of 4.
All 2 bedroom apartments are at the front facing the road & the building work opposite, that building work looks likely to be ongoing for I reckon about 4 months or so. Plus, it looks like work is about to start at the far end or the development as well, they have cleared a big site!
The road outside is noisy at night with laods of taxis & noisy drunken revellers returning until around 4am, plus the builders start at 07.30 & you have to sit on your balcony having breakfast with a background of cement mixers, cranes & drills, we thought it was a real pain.
Got moved along the row after 3 days with a little improvement.
Also slightly upset to discover that depsite being marketed as a quiet family development there were a considerable number of serious clubbers staying there who made a hell of a noise late at night.
Having said all that, the development is very well run with friendly staff & is clean & tidy.
This was our 4th visit to tenerife & will be the last, we thought the place was getting really run down & prices have rocketed, also fed up with being constantly accosted by time share salespersons & restraunt owners!
