The Green sea was a big let down! After reading mixed reviews we arrived with open minds, hoping the bad reviews were unjust. Unfortunately they were not.

Our apartment was shabby, unclean and in need of redecoration. We had no garden area, what we had was a earthy area which was being used by all the cats in the area as a toilet. There was no way you would have sat out in that! The cleanliness was poor. On one of our first nights there we killed a cockroach. It lay on the floor for days before eventually being cleaned up. The food was poor. I did'nt know how bad ours was until i saw inside someone elses,it was a palace compared to ours! This was into the second week of our holiday so felt there was no point in complaining. We are all good eaters, but struggled some nights to find something decent to eat. The service in the dining room was ok, the bar service was not. The young male staff were unfriendly and completely uninterested. If your face fitted or you were a young female wearing next to nothing, you would have been ok! There was entertainment most nights and the guy who did it really tried hard. Our daughter enjoyed the mini discos every night. We ended up going out to eat a lot which made this all inclusive deal poor value for money. San Agustin is a bit of a walk to the shop/bars and not really suitable for people with walking difficulties. You can get taxis quite easily for about 3/4 euro though.

The apartments are basic but lovely and clean. The service from the staff were excellent well above average.
Good entertainment particularly for the kids.
