Stayed here in February 2003 at a special rate found on the net. The hotel was very nice clean and tidy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. the rooms were well furnished, warm and clean although the view wasn't very exciting you expect this in a city and at least there was no traffic noise. However the walls are quite thin and the automatic door returns made it impossible to close a door quietly. Okay if you are a night owl and like to be out till late cause it appears everybody returns well after 2am including some very noisy german businessmen. Breakfast is very good. Would stay again but make sure I had ear plugs.

we travelled there in sept 2002 for 4 nights - booked it on the web
smart clean hotel situated about 500 yards from la ramblas down a quiet side street
bedrooms are clean ,tidy and spacious
barcelona is a vibrant city with plenty of things to do
we were there when la merce festival was on and there wereabout 1/2 million people out on the streets celebrating
