This was our third stay at the Europa Park, quite a lot of upgrading has been done since our !st stay. The hotel is very clean and well presented, meals are buffet style with a good variety for all. the rooms are cleaned every day by very well mannered staff with a towel change each day if required. Staff in the reception are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good with bars, shops and restraunts nearby, we found the Cottage just over the dual carriageway very good where Alfonso and Tracey make everyone welcome serving first class food if you fancy a meal out. The beach is about 400mts away and has beautiful clean sand with plenty of sun loungers for all, there are also a number of watersports for anyone interested. I would not hesitate to go back to this hotel and would recommend that it is well worth a visit

This hotel is so clean you could eat off the floor!! Wouldn't recommend it thou lol! The rooms are clean and the maid is in everyday making up your beds and cleaning your room. Towels are changed everyday if needed. The resturant is clean and the waiters are friendly they love the kids, there is alot of fruit and veg and salad stuff, there could be more of a variety of meat as there was alot of fish and veal but then again it isnt just for british visitors. The entertainment wasnt up to much this could be better. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect 5mins walk to the beach and next to afew british pubs and a supermarket, only 20mins walk or 5mins on the bus to port aventura!
I loved this hotel and the day i arrived home from here ive booked straight back up for next june (2007) cant wait hehe this place is value for money, only downfall is the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours. The pool is an ok size but you have to be down early to get a sunbed as there isn't enough for everyone

We went to the H10 Europa Park in 2004 and enjoyed it so much we decided to book again for June 2005. We were a bit worried that we would be disappointed because the hotel may have changed but we neednt have been. It was the same as last year. The food was great many choices for breakfast. We had read that they had peas and carrots for breakfast, yes they did but the people who complained forgot to say that they also had eggs, bacon, etc and even omelletes and toasties and also fruit and cereal. The evening meals were just as good plenty to choose from even for a picky eater like me and the desserts were wonderful. The rooms were clean and quite large with air conditioning you could control yourself and the pool area had a childrens pool, adults pool and even a poolside jacuzzi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. It is only a 3 star but I would give it a 3 star plus. We went to Barcelona on the train which cost 9 euros return and well worth a visit as is Port Aventura theme park. All in all a good holiday and if we return to Salou again we would go back to that hotel.

We didn'y stay here, but the friend we were on holiday with did, so we spent a lot of time by the pool with her during the day which was fantastic. Gorgeous Lifeguard!!! Also, the entertainment during the day was amusing: A guy in a funky blue and yellow shirt playing ma-i-a-hi at full volume and talking into a mike in spanish for a while!!!!
And we would often have a few drinks in the bar before heading out to the main bars! The entertainment for adults and children was fantastic, ours were in awe of the magic shows and dancing put on. We also found it to be clean and have a lovely, relaxing atmosphere.
