Great looking hotel, and very clean. unfortunately a few things happened.
#1 at arrival i had to wait 1 hour because the room was not ready.we stayed in the lobby with my kids and wife after a long drive..
#2 one of those days it rain and a water leak thru on the restroom by mirror and my wife's make up was damage..
#3 when leaving i was ask to pay 2dollars for a water bottle. and is not the price but at least they should informed you that if you used it will be charge, i thing it was funny the way"Oscar" the manager. told me about it as if he knew..
#4room service the first day it was ok the second we decide to go out and have breakfast because nobody answer the phone.....other than that it was great, small little town but friendly people, food is great around too. grilled"cabrito" is a fantastic dish,the lake is beautiful lots of fish, easy directions to follow form town to hotel. all people on the hotel were friendly,the bar has a great view in the evening,bar sevice is good.....even those few little things we have such a great time.thanks
