Halomy Hotel: Outstanding Fantastic Breathtaking Views of Naama Bay by Nina Andrew |

I've been to Sharm 3 times and Halomy Hotel has to be one of the best. Good clean basic accomodation with Sat TV, bathroom with shower, fridge, balcony or outside terrace. I had a room looking down over Namma Bay and it was only 5 mins walk down the steps to the beach and Nightlife. Love it would def recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to go to Sharm. This place is idea if you are a couple I would not advise to stay if you have small children as the steps can be a challenge in the mid day heat! I'm getting ready to book again can't wait to go back.

Halomy Hotel: Halomy. Stay Clear. by Rianne Smith |

I visited Sharm for the first time in Aug 05 and we were origanally booked in the Amar Sina, but when we arrived there we were told we were never booked in there so we were transfered to the Halomy in Naama Bay. The hotel we knew nothing about seemed ok at first gance and the rooms seemed clean so we were happy with the so called upgrade.
The next day though was different and what should have been a nice swim in the pool resulted in cuts and grazes all over your feet from the craked tiles in the pool. This along with the torn dirty sunbeds was not a good start to the holiday so me and my friend decided to look for something else to do in our all inclusive hotel, but within 10 minutes we were back on the torn sunbeds because there was absolutely no entertainment at all and for me and my friend both at 16 it was crap!!
After staying a few days in this hotel we decided enough was enough and we moved to the Domina Coral Bay Resort which was brilliant, so if your reading this and thinking about going to this hotel ask yourself if your prepared to cope with the hassle!
